Refund Policy

 

There will be no refund in any short terms course and distance learning courses. Here short terms course conducted by AAMIR SIR’S IMPULSE EDUCATIONS whose specified period is less than 60 days. For all other courses, if an admitted student wants to discontinue his studies at AAMIR SIR’S IMPULSE EDUCATIONS, the refund of fee will be made as per following rules and regulations:

1.If a student opts for fee refund before the commencement of classes then full fee will be refunded after deducting Rs. 3500/- as processing fee (applicable in tuition fees only).

2.No refund will be admissible if a student opts to discontinue after 7 days of commencement of classes in case of part payment in installment.

3.If a student opts to discontinue within 7 days of commencement of classes, fee refund will be made after deducting Rs. 2500/- apart from Rs. 3500/- as processing fee (applicable in tuition fees only).

4.Fee refund can be made even after 7 days if the management is convinced that reason behind discontinuance is one of the following:

(i) Transfer of parent of the Govt./Pvt. sector employee. If both parents are employed, then fee refund will be admissible only if both are transferred.

(ii) Unfitness for normal studies due to severe medical ailment.

 

In no other case refund is admissible after 7 days of commencement of classes.

 

In both the cases (i) and (ii) the applicants must furnish valid documentary supports. If management is not convinced with the document, no refund will be made. If the management is convinced that reason for refund is either of the two (i) or (ii), then a refund will be made as per the following:

Where–

 

A = Tuition fee Deposited

B = Processing fee Rs. 3500/-

C = Fee for the service rendered to the student No. of months for which the student remained enrolled in our course. The months in which course commences will be counted as completed month if course start on or below of the month, the months in which a student applied for discontinuance will be counted as full month if application is received after 10 day of the month to calculation, fraction of a month will never be considered.

D = Other deductions a student has a library book issued to him/her or has been issued AAMIR SIR’S IMPULSE EDUCATIONS study materials in advance; cost of the same will be recovered

E = In case of admission cancellation, an 18% GST deduction will be applicable as per government regulations.

How to apply

1.Submit an application in plain paper along with

(a) original receipt(s) of total course fee deposited,

(b) Identity Card in original and required supporting documents.

2.Collect the Acknowledgment duly signed & stamped by Institute’s authority and keep it for future reference.

3.Fee refund can be made even after 7 days if the management is convinced that reason behind discontinuance is one of the following:

(i) Transfer of parent of the Govt./Pvt. sector employee. If both parents are employed, then fee refund will be admissible only if both are transferred.

(ii) Unfitness for normal studies due to severe medical ailment.
